Due to its many excellent properties, titanium is widely used in industrial production such as military, aerospace, naval, petrochemical, metallurgy, light industry, electric power, seawater desalination and daily life. The application of titanium began in the military and aerospace industries. Its development has experienced several ups and downs with the development of armaments and aviation manufacturing. It is often called “space metal” and “third metal”. In general, titanium has developed very fast, even surpassing any other non-ferrous metals. In practical applications, appropriate alloying elements are often added to form different grades.

The surface state of the titanium plate of the sheet metal factory is generally divided into two types: mirror surface and brushed or frosted. The decoration is generally made of sheet material of different thickness of 0.6-2mm of 201 or 304 material. According to the thickness and decorative part of the stainless steel plate, the installation method can be divided into two types: a keel with a bottom plate type and a keel without a bottom plate type. Generally, a panel having a thickness of less than 1.2 mm is generally provided with a keel type bottom plate type mounting method.

Panels with a thickness greater than 1.2 mm are often provided with a keel-free bottom plate mounting method. The former of the titanium alloy plate is mostly used for the indoor wall cylinder surface or the moisture-proof and waterproof position, such as the facade decoration without rain, the keel adopts the wooden keel, the angle steel welding keel and the light steel keel. The latter is mostly used for the decoration of outdoor walls. The keel is made of angle steel welded keel and light steel keel. The above construction process is basically the following steps:

1. Installation of the dragon skeleton: the installation of the base layer dragon skeleton, the installation process can refer to the construction technology of the wooden keel or the light steel keel, and repeatedly check the verticality and the flatness;

2. Fixed bottom plate: The bottom plate generally adopts 5-12mm thick plywood. The construction method and requirements are the same as ordinary wooden cover panel construction. However, when the keel is light steel keel or angle steel keel, first drill the hole on the keel with electric drill. , using a self-tapping screw to fix the bottom plate to the keel, and the screw head cannot be higher than the surface of the bottom plate;

3, fixed panel: color stainless steel plate before installation according to the design size and modeling requirements to make the finished shape. When there is a bottom plate, apply the universal glue on the back of the bottom plate and the stainless steel respectively, and gently paste the prepared stainless steel plate on the bottom plate; when there is no bottom plate, fix the pre-machined stainless steel plate on the light steel keel with stainless steel screws or Solder directly on the keel;

4, the edge: edge treatment, in the interface between the stainless steel or the corners of the corner, the angle of the corner is filled with sealing glue, stainless steel tank and other methods to close the edge, decorative treatment.

5. Wipe the surface of the titanium plate with a soft dry cloth and tear off the protective film on the surface.
